Standard Products
ADVANEX’s know-how in the development of spring manufacturing has made work easier. Tangless inserts that repair and reinforce screw eyes are built to NASA’s (the National Aeronautics and Space Administration) standards, while the bolt/nut anti-loosening springs: LockOne has been rated (BCJ rating LS0107-01) and InstantLock is a recommended product by the Japan Aseismic Ceiling Constructors Association (JACCA).
TANGLESS® INSERTS
Through the use of specialized equipment, a job that used to take 56 seconds to complete can now be done in 27 seconds (7 seconds if a power tool is used).
There is no need to worry about pitch skipping since there is no tang to remove, nor is there any need to use a screw gauge.

TANGLESS® INSERTS KIT
The kit is perfect for using small numbers of Tangless inserts and so ideal for repairing screw eyes or for trial runs.
Since the tool’s composition does not differ from that of a conventional automatic insertion tool, it’s use is relatively painless, even if a switch is made back to the conventional insertion tool.

LockOne
Since compression—not axial—force from the spring is employed, even moderate tightening results in a high degree of loosening prevention.
Using an impact-type vibrating tester conforming to the NAS3350 standard, the maximum limit of 30,000 times, was surpassed—meaning that this is a tool that can be used with confidence.

InstantLock®
The product is at the same time easily installed with one hand and also highly resistant to loosening thanks to the restoring force of the spring. In both performance and utility, it has been evaluated and recommended by the Japan Aseismic Ceiling Constructors Association (JACCA).
