Advanex’s products provide a sense of security which is supported by high technology
Since its founding, Advanex has been a specialized company for precision springs, devising a number of innovative products through unique technological and development capabilities.
We will introduce a number of Advanex products that combine our technological capabilities with original ideas, including high quality, worry-free wire springs, flat springs, highly reliable, space-saving insert moldings, and revolutionary tongueless, thread reinforcing springs, etc.
Advanex begins with support at the design stage, then proposes ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.

WIRE SPRINGS
Compression Springs
A spring that uses the repulsive force generated from compression. It is the most commonly used among coil springs. Advanex possesses the world's smallest machining technology for compression springs of minimal size.
Extension Springs
These are the second most commonly used coil springs after compression springs. They are used in applications requiring force generated through extension, contrary to compression springs.
Torsion Springs
Springs with legs at both ends that attach to products and utilize the repulsive force generated by twisting. Torsion springs are custom-made for various products and require design modifications such as leg shape and load calculations.
Conical Springs
Conical springs are compression springs manufactured by wrapping the wire and machining it into a conical shape as the name suggests. The bend of the body, and depending on the shape, the height of close contact can both be reduced.
Wire Formings
This refers to a spring that has been bent, rounded, or crushed into the desired shape from a coil-shaped or fixed-length metallic material. We propose NC multi-forming and forming machines (depending on the dimensional accuracy) for a wide variety of wire diameters.
FLAT SPRINGS
Precision Pressings
This is a press that forms springs through extraction, bending, rounding, or crushing plates and strips of metallic material into the desired shape.
Multi Formings
Springs made by drawing, bending, rolling, or crushing a metal material of a certain width with a multi-forming machine, or a shaped part thereof. Cutting and multiple bending can be done in a single process.
Forging press
A product made by cutting, bending, drawing, and crushing plate and strip-shaped metallic materials with dies and plastically deforming them in a massive assembly press machine. At Advanex, this process is classified as Cold forging.
Insert Collars
This refers to metal reinforcing fittings used to fix molded products with bolts. The Advanex employs multi-forming machines that extract, crush, and curl plates and strips of metal.
SPRING ASSEMBLIES
STANDARD PRODUCT
Tangless Inserts
Tangless inserts are made by processing diamond-shaped materials into coils. When these are inserted for reinforcement of female threads, they are fixed to the base metal by the spring-back action . By inserting soft metals, cast iron, resin, and other materials with weak internal threads, a reliable and strong screw fastening force can be obtained.
Tangless Inserts Kit
This kit is perfect for using small amounts of tangless inserts that are ideal for trial uses and repairing female threads. Since its structure is the same as the conventional automatic insertion tool, it can be used without any discomfort even if it is subsequently shifted to the automatic insertion tool.
