Advanex has made in-house cuts and chamfers of standard-length materials used for wire forming. In addition, constant length cutting and forming can be processed on an integrated line. For a wide variety of wire diameters from φ0.1 to φ3.0, we propose NC multi-forming and forming machines depending on the dimensional accuracy of the machining method. In addition, our in-house production of dies and accumulated know-how enable us to respond immediately to customer needs.
